We ship worldwide from our New Delhi office via courier and shipping is free within India. Once your item has been processed and dispatched it is usually delivered within 2-4 working days*.

Order Processing Time
We usually take 4-5 working weeks to process an order.If we have your order piece in your size in stock, we can ship on the next working day on request
However, most of our items are made to order & are manufactured accordingly which takes a longer time. In case you have questions regarding the shipment time please email us at info@divyammehta.com
Ordering Multiple Products
If your order has multiple products with different dispatch dates, all the products are shipped as one shipment ,but the timeline will be longer, once all products in your order are ready. However, if you wish to receive some products earlier, please email us at info@divyammehta.com with your order number, we shall do the needful.
Shipment Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping.
In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.
You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order. You can also check the status in the My Account section of www.divyammehta.com by inserting the tracking number supplied.
Order Delays
Firstly, we'd like to apologize. We work hard to reduce lead times and avoid delays, which we let you know about if & when they arise. If you've been waiting longer than you should have and you haven't heard from us, please email us at info@divyammehta.com & we will get back to you within 48 hours.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances (i.e. National Holiday). Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of www.divyammehta.com .
A cancelled order will result in a credit to the user’s credit card/account. Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
A product once delivered cannot be returned. However, in the following scenarios it is possible to exchange the product:
Manufacturing Fault:
Whilst we maintain the strictest quality control at Divyam Mehta , if there is a product defect for which we are responsible then we can take the item back and provide you with a new one within two week’s time. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. After running a quality check of the returned items and on approval of any manufacturing defect for which we are responsible we will re-make the item you purchased.
Alterations:
If you have placed an order with a customised size and it doesn’t fit you as per your requirement we can offer to alter it for a perfect fit. You can send us an email at info@divyammehta@gmail.com in case of sizing issue. Depending on where you live and the nature of the alteration required, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Returning Items
If you return your item(s) by post or courier, please email us at info@divyammehta.com with your name, address, order number and reason for returning the item(s) and please fill in the form here: Return and Exchange form.
Ensure your items are securely wrapped and don’t get damaged in transit. www.divyammehta.com cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. It is advisable that you send any item for return to us by a registered courier company. Please keep all tracking details of the parcel until we confirm receipt of it. Also note cost of the return will be borne by customer.
Pieces bought in sale/ special pricing are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Product Care
Reinstating our commitment to slow fashion, we create styles and quality that lasts, we recommend the following wash care instructions for longevity of our products:
Silks & Wools:
Do not wash, dry clean only.
Avoid hanging the products in direct sunlight for long periods of time.
Steam iron only.
For embroidered garments iron inside out or use a thin muslin layer over embroidery.
Some silks are designed to have a crushed look, to maintain the texture do not iron, simply dry clean the product and let it dry.
Linens & Cottons:
All our linens & cottons already come pre-washed but the best way to maintain them will be to wash them separately in cold water with very mild detergent. However, for longevity and maintaining the colour we recommend dry clean only.
Steam iron only.
For embroidered garments iron inside out or use a thin muslin layer over embroidery.
